TN-PET is a high-performance heat insulation masterbatch, which is designed for high-clarity, low-transmittance, non-fading. It utilizes inorganic nano-titanium nitride (TiN) as the core material and is produced through advanced nano-filling technology, this product excels in high opacity, low dosage requirements, exceptional image clarity, and fade resistance. Particularly suitable for producing high-performance BOPET primary color films, it enables haze values as low as 0.3%-0.5%, meeting the stringent demands of high-end applications for film clarity, durability, and heat insulation performance.

Usage method
It is thoroughly mixed with common PET chips at a ratio and can be processed using original production processes.
Recommended addition ratio: 3%~10% (The specific ratio should be determined through testing based on the performance requirements of the final film).
Uses
It is mainly used for manufacturing high-performance BOPET primary color films, which are applied in automotive and architectural heat insulation window films, or used in specific industrial sectors.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 25kg/bag,with inner PE bag and outer kraft paper bag.
Storage: Store in a sealed container in a dry place, avoid sun exposure and keep away from heat sources.According to customer requirements, titanium nitride masterbatch of various polymer types such as PC, PMMA, PP, PE can also be produced for a variety of plastic application.
